Synth punk provocateurs Dildox have one of the most intense live shows in LA. Sophie and Davey, a couple in real life, collaborate on songs with themes such as PTSD and alienation. Even so, their combustible sound is very danceable and could almost be pop if it wasn’t for its dystopian themes. Laser Angel sat down with them to discuss their music, influences and how they balance life and art. When we tried to figure out who would like Dildox it quickly became evident: if you wear black leather, they’re the band for you.
